Terms of Service

PUMMA (“the Service”) is a personal life-management web application operated by Joaquin Sosa, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the hosted Service you agree to these terms. The self-hosted version is licensed separately under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 and is not covered by these terms.

The service

The hosted Service gives you a private account for managing tasks, habits, goals, projects, notes and related data. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a personal project, not an enterprise product. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available and backed up, but no uptime or durability guarantees are given. Export or self-host anything you can’t afford to lose.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account. Demo accounts are temporary, may be pre-filled with sample data, and are deleted automatically after roughly 12 hours.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record, Gumroad is the seller of record and handles payment, taxes, and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the Service: no attempts to access other users’ data, no automated scraping or bulk account creation, no using the AI features to generate illegal content, and no reselling access. Fair-use limits apply to AI features. Accounts that abuse the Service may be suspended.

Your data

Your content stays yours. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and how.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. The Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated plans.

Changes

These terms may change as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
